Am I going to lose my signal when it's cloudy or rainy?
Unlike satellite Internet, the Genesis system is ground based and therefore isn't impacted by cloud coverage.
How many computers can I connect?
As many as you like!
Genesis will provide you with a single Ethernet cable connection that allows you to plug directly into one computer, or into a router.
Routers distribute Internet to the computers connected to it, wired or wireless. Remember, the more computers connected to the router using the connection at the same time can slow down the speed of the Internet.
Genesis does not sell or provide technical support for routers.
How do I view my invoices?
Customers receiving e-mailed invoices will be provided with a link to login to their account. The direct billing site is: genesiswireless.freshbooks.com
A $2 processing fee will be applied to all USPS mailed invoices. Contact our office if you'd rather switch to e-billing!
Do you have an auto-payment billing system?
Yes. Your account can be setup to process invoices automatically using your Discover, Visa, MasterCard checking or debit cards, OR provide us with your checking or savings account routing and account numbers for automatic withdrawal. You may download the Authorization Form here.

Can I get e-mail through Genesis?
Genesis Wireless provides each account with one free e-mail address, up to 200Mb file space (for those using webmail). Each additional account is $2/month. Each additional 100Mb of file space is $2/month.
